Sintered NdFeB magnet is mainly made of Neodymium、Iron and Boron,with excellent magnetic property、abundant raw material and reasonable prices.   NdFeB Magnet can be used as an ideal magnet in mini-motor、Permanent magnetic resonance、sound device, magnetic suspension system, magnetic transmission machine and iatrical apparatus and etc.  
For NdFeB, its surface is usually treated with some special methods. The surface treatment method include Zinc、Nickel、Tin、Silver、Gold plating、Phosphor and Spray Epoxy Resin etc.

Production Process:
Raw materials-->Burden-->Melting under vacuum-->Crushing-->Milling-->Pressing in Magnetic Field-->Sintering & Tempering-->Machining ( Cutting, Drilling & etc.)-->Coating-->Inspection-->Packing

Types of Plating:
NdFeB usually need plating due to it is easy to rust, we treat NdFeB with Zinc coating (blue passivated or yellow passivated), Nickel coating, Nickel+Nickel coating, Nickel+Tin coating, Nickel+Copper+Nickel coating, Nickel+Epoxy coating & Epoxy coating. With these special treatment, NdFeB permanent magnets is not suitable to be installed into system without further treatment. To protect uncoated magnets temporarily, eg., damp transport or storage, passivation can be made against temporary environmental influences, such as a rise in humidity.

Bonded NdFeB is produced by composition of rare-earth NdFeB magnetic powders embedded in thermoplastic and formed by injection moulding machining. It is hard, Non-brittle light weight, plastic-like magnet, able to be moulded to varieties of shapes e.g. thin ring, gears, arc-segments etc.
